Trans2.84 on QNAP is slow

Hi,
Just started using Trans 2.84 on my QNAP NAS.
Have followed the steps for install/config/port forwarding. Using default 51413 port and can be seen from internet.
When downloading from a reliable tracker I only get a max of 2-3MB/s. Using gigabit internet and on my desktop can use Deluge and get 20MB/s.
Anything I'm missing here? Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Did you ever get this sorted? Transmission used to run super fast for me, since upgrades and the inability to change the settings (ssh wont work at all for my NAS) i get a speed of 250Kb when i used to get 11Mbs over my 220Mb link.

All settings are the same and same ports, even download station works faster just a shame that sucks
