Faulty behavior if first tracker is bad

Post by blinding »

Many times I will start a download, via a magnet link, and Instead of the 12/1234 notation for the seeds and peers it will just have "12". If I check the trackers I find that the first tracker is bogus and when I remove that tracker the seeds and peers column will then show the correct "12/1234" format. The download also seems to proceed faster as it makes more connections. This is with transmission 2.92.

I wonder if it would be useful to be able to configure a list of blocked trackers. People continue to submit torrents using the same list of trackers even through they have not functioned for months.
