old torrent return to download after every DS restart

Hi, i have torrrent named sky captain, after every ds412+ restart that torrent come from somewhere to the download list, even it was not on the download list, my transmission is 2.92-12 in an up to date ds412+ NAS, is there a way to avoid it without reinstalling transmission?

Check if you have a watch directory set up, and if it contains the .torrent file in question, and whether Transmission has appropriate access rights to remove/rename this file.
