changing sessions

Post by bjlockie »

I'm having problems changing sessions.
I have 2 possible sessions, my linux desktop and my router.
Both have different download directories.
When I switched from my router to my desktop, it still tried to use my router download directory.
That path doesn't exist.
I changed the download directory in the preferences and it seemed to stay changed until I deleted the torrent and then it reverted to the router download directory.

It finally says the proper directories in the properties but I am getting "Error: Unable to save resume file: Too many open files".
I ran transmission-qt from the command line and get:
qt.svg: Cannot open file '/usr/share/icons/Papirus-Dark/24x24/emblems/emblem-important.svg', because: Too many open files

I get the error: "Error: Unable to save resume file: Too many open files" but I have a resume file:

~/.config/transmission/resume$ cat archlinux-2019.03.01-x86_64.iso.9ba32060b7ad96d0.resume

BUT
"/mnt/videos/" is from my router session.
"/hdd-storage/temp-downloads" is my local session.
My transmission is totally screwed up. :-(
