Hi,
I connect trough an vpn provider.
I can create an port forwarding with my provider and it works. On the web the status is open and on the tracker I notice its also open.
When I run the command:
transmission-daemon -f --log--info
I receive the output:
Port Forwarding State changed from "Not forwarded" to "Starting" (port-forwarding.c:92)
Port Forwarding State changed from "Starting" to "???" (port-forwarding.c:92)
I think that my vpn provider closes the ports every no and than, because the web tels me sometimes the port is closed.
I reopen it, receive an other port to use, enter that port trough the web and its working again.
So my goal is to generate an message when it closes so I can reopen it (automatically).
Only I'm stuck with this output
How is it possible that I got two different messages?
Or it is possible to get the port status with an other command?
Running: Debian
Version: Transmission 2.92
Thanks!

I stopped using linuxserver.io images and moved to the one with the openvpn baked in.
