Has anyone found a way to download full speed at certain times?
my isp has a cap on data per month, but no limit between 1am and 6am
ive tried various combinations,
i thought throttling speed to 100kbps upload and download under speed limits
and then checking various times and setting up 700kbps upload and 5000 download would do it!
but no luck
Any Help with this would be most welcome
