Updating version of qpkg on QNAP

Hello, guys.
1. Are anyone can help with update on QNAP arm from 2.84 to 2.94 with no losing of running torrents?
When trying to update from QNAP gui it installs it in Transmission folder instead of QTransmission folder (2.84 runnnig from that folder).
Is it possible to update not to reinstall it?
2. Planning to migrate to 472XT (x64). Is it possible to migrate torrents too?

Additional questions on arm (running 2500 torrents - seeding):
1. It crashing to "Connection refused" every day. Helps only stop/enable the Transmission.
2. How to remove some torrent file. It appears every time when I processing with "stop/enable"

These questions above are crucial and have not been answered anywhere on the Internet. Basically, I can't figure out how to update Transmission to the lastest 4.0.5 and overwrite the old version with all my torrents remaining intact. Any suggestion?
