ERROR: operation in progress

I'm getting high CPU usage and all of a sudden (after successfully downloading quite a few), now most of them will stop and say "ERROR: OPERATION IN PROGRESS" and show my C:\ drive. It's a brand new NVMe drive (Samsung EVO 960), so I know it's not like it's a faulty drive.

I've done a checkdisk to make sure.

This never happened in versions before 3.0 and I'd download stuff all weekend long... I reverted to 2.94 and now it's still not working and the client is crashing and closing.

This is in Windows 11. Also, the open folder link doesn't work.
