Permanent limit to connect of 15 UL peers?

Permanent limit to connect of 15 UL peers?

All the torrents the number of connected peers will not exceed 15 ...
Limit for torrent installed by default = 60.
What can be done to increase the number of connected peers to increase the speed of UL?

first check what your actual upload speed is... with 15 peers you should be able to seed 2MB/s if you would have that bandwith...

My max upload speed up to 2MB/s...
