Tracker Request Failed HTML 404

Hey everybody.

I have used transmission a year to great satisfaction. But recently (After i got a new mac) It keeps giving me a hard time. A lot of the torrents i open don't start, and i get the message "Error Tracker returned a 4xxx message.... 404 html" - I know other people have been having the same problem but i can't seem to find the sollution.

I've got 3 torrents running. Two of them are giving me this message. The third downloads normally. So it's not an overall problem.

The port is forwarded.

Any ideas?

I'm going to assume those two torrents are from the same tracker and the tracker is down.

I don't think so. Is there a place where i can see which tracker was supposed to handle it?

I'm having the same problem no matter which torrent i try. It seems to be a continuing problem. Some times the torrent can download anyway, but it can be days before it starts.

The tracker tab in the inspector shows the tracker.
