Where's the option to disable seeding?

Go to preferences, and under the "torrents" tab, there should be a header that reads, "seeding." Check the checkbox that says "seed torrent until..." and then decrease the seeding ratio to zero. This will stop you from seeding.
That being said, if everybody leeched without seeding, you wouldn't be able to torrent at all, so really this is quite selfish. But still, that's how you do it.
