Seeding history

I belong to a site that limits the number of upload slots we're allowed and enforces ratio minima. Consequently, I must prune the files I'm seeding sometimes to make room for new ones.

It would be helpful if there was a seeding history I could consult, so I can delete those files that have been seeding the least. For example, it might show the date each file last seeded and how many bytes it uploaded that day.

Has this idea been considered?

I might be mistaken, but doesn't setting the seed ratio do this?
