Proxy Server support a must have

Important missing feature in Transmission, a proxy server which allows your torrent client to bypass ISP blocked trackers.
I used to use Transmission but not anymore, since most torrent trackers are blocked by the ISP, I have switched to uTorrent client which already supports the proxy server feature as a solution.

Transmission 2.11 supports proxy servers - http://mac.oldapps.com/transmission.php ... mission=62

This is what I use along with btguard.com's SOCKS 5 proxy and works fine.

How is it possible that such a critical feature was removed from the new version? Transmission is by a wide margin the nicest app available on Mac. PLEASE restore this feature!
