Rename Torrents when adding via web UI

I find it a bit of a pain just to rename downloads added via the web UI while allowing the torrents to continue seeding, especially when you are trying to keep it organized. I would love to see an easy way to rename these torrents with a small window similar to that of the transmission GUI client.
