New feature 'unregistered torrent'

When a site returns "unregistered torrent" it would be nice to have an option to automatically pause the torrent.

o Reduce unnecessary bandwidth usage
o Reduce the load on servers
o Easier torrent management, being able to remove old torrents from Transmission
o Reduce the load on TranmissionBT by pausing torrents that will not seed

I suspect this feature would be very useful for people who seed for a long time and would inherently be seeding lots of torrents.

I would imagine this is private tracker specific, in either case, having the option to pause or not in settings, I think is a good idea.

Also add the feature to sort torrents by the tracker's status.
