First, IIRC, somebody already asked for this several years ago.
And official answer was like "the sort order by Progress does similar enough thing" & wontfix.
This is not true, sorting by Progress is vastly different when there are torrents which have only a subset of files selected for download, or just unfinished torrents.
I'm sure this is rather easy to do, and I really need this thing because this helps to prioritize ditching not-needed-anymore transfers.
When disk space is low, I'd rather delete things that were already seeded a lot, so that I'll do more effort to save less seeded torrents.
Right now this strategy is possible only with manual work when there are transfers with only some files selected (I have lots of them) and for big torrent count it's impractical, so right now I have to give up some "torrent health" because sorting is inadequate.
