I am sorry if this was already asked, but I didn't find any reference to such feature request (or bug?), so I'm posting this.
It seems to me that while a torrent is being seeded (in my case I have a target seed ratio of 3.0), and if you have both "keep incomplete files in" and "default download directory" set to different places, when you choose "remove from list" on that torrent, the torrent is not moved to the completed downloads directory. Is there any reason for this? In my opinion, moving a torrent to the completed downloads directory should be done immediately after successfully downloading a torrent and before starting to seed. If this is not possible (eg., to avoid breaking current seeding transfers), I think it should be done, at least, after the user explicitly chooses "remove from list" on some torrent.
