The ability to select for individual torrents to only download from encrypted seeds.

Horrible idea and makes no sense. Encryption is to stop ISP throttling of a connection, not to hide what you're downloading. If you have some torrents downloading without encryption, your ISP would throttle you the same as if none are downloading with encryption.
