However, as I'm prioritizing downloads and uploads for each torrent, I would like to be able to specify up\down speed for each individual torrent. This is the same feature present in the regular OS version of the Transmission client - when you make a right click on an individual torrent, you can set up\down speed in preset values 5kb/s,10kb/s,20kb/s and so forth. As the web UI has the right click feature, perhaps adding the speed limit feature for an individual torrent wouldn't be too difficult to implement.
