Port Closed with Hotspot Shield

I have started using Hotspot shield with my macbook pro 3.06,8gigs ram, & Transmission Ports won't open & I can't seed files to others! When not using Hotspot Shield, no problem all ports open even with randomize!
Can anyone help me with this? I use airport Extreme base station for router & have all my firewalls turned off in laptop!

This issue is with Hotspot shield, and not Transmission.
