How to find and change cache-size-mb in Transmission

Hi. I searched the forum, but no one of instructions helped.

I have Xcode installed.

The reason of changing this parameter in Transmission freezing, when I try to download big .mkv files (10-20gb) on Time Capsule over Wi-Fi. The average speed of write/read to/from Time Capsule is 5-7 megabytes per second.
