Basically this is direct contrast to how this tab works on the linux client, where active shows only torrent that are currently "active" with seeding or leeching activity ongoing.
Thoughts on this contrast?

I came to this site to see if anyone has discussed this specific topic.
I do not like the fact that the "Active" tab shows all torrents from the "Downloading" and "Seeding" tabs, regardless of whether or not they're actually active.
When I first clicked on the "Active" tab, I expected to see a list of the currently active torrents only. I did not expect, nor did I want to see, a list of all non-paused torrents.
The current set-up demonstrates a definition of the word "active" which makes no sense. Active means active; it's doesn't mean not active.
