How to migrate to a new Mac?

How do I migrate all my torrent files to a new Mac?

I recently got a new Mac and installed Transmission 2.82. All my completed torrents from my previous computer are housed on an external hard-drive in a 'Transmission' folder.

On my new computer, I've already opened Transmission and been to Preferences -> Transfers and changed the default location to my 'Transmission' folder, but I want this new version to recognize all my previous downloads and continue seeding them.

Any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated.

When I navigate to my Library and look in Application Support, I don't see a Transmission folder. Any ideas where else that metadata would be located?

I figured it out. Just needed to use the Go To Folder.
