My completed Downloads are not Seeding. How do I make them appear in the Seeding panel?
Have I broken some sort of link between the Torrent magnet file and the Data files when I moved things around?
My desired file structure is as follows:
1) On an external drive:
Torrent Main Folder containing two folders:
/Torrent Magnet Files <-- I will "look for torrent files" here
/Completed Download Data Files
2) My internal drive has a folder containing the Transmission App, and within it a folder:
/Incomplete Download Data Files
Using Transmission version 2.84 for Macintosh.
Under PREFERENCES, the "Settings: Default Location" is not very descriptive, and the Help Files are not helpful. Default location for exactly what? Everything?
If I "KEEP INCOMPLETE FILES IN:" where will those files get moved when they are completed? Into the Default Location?
Don't tell me to write a Script; I don't know how.
I see a function:" FILE/ Move Data File To" but they are where I want them.
Where is the command to tell the app that Torrent Files located HERE should look for their Data Files THERE?
How do I make a Data File "Active" ???
