I was able to get a little further with transmission.....Please see attached screen shots....Not sure if I am going in the right direction, but "download" seems to be stuck. Will a tracker address appear after download?

I found your query because I am trying to do the same thing as you: create a torrent of files I have, to share with others.
In an earlier post, you asked what a tracker was. A tracker is a website which helps torrent peers find each other and start to exchange data. 10 years ago, it was impossible to connect to peers without one. Now I read suggestions that trackers are no longer necessary, and that the DHT and PEX features of Transmission will let your bittorrent client magically find other clients. If you still want to add trackers, then this reddit thread has suggestions.

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is "No". Your first screenshot shows the Transmission UI as you are creating the torrent file. The top part of the dialogue is labelled "Trackers". It is empty. The time and place to add tracker addresses was then and there, pasting URLs into that "Trackers" part. I'm guessing you didn't do that. So, you made a torrent file with no tracker addresses. Don't hope for a tracker address to appear later.
I wish I could give you a more helpful answer, but as I said, I'm also trying to figure this stuff out. Good luck!
