Transmission DL cycles between 2MBs & 0Mbs

Possibly a repost - original and second disappeared on Posting..

Anyone got any ideas?

I have 50Mbs down and 10Mbs up

Transmission will run at 2MBs for a minute then trail off to 0 Mbs over 5 minutes then start the cycle again.

Port Redirection for Transmission listening port for UDP & TCP up and running - Transmission is Reporting Port check site is down.

Any ideas/thoughts very much appreciated.

I have the same issue.

After upgrading to SSD, i have this issue.

Tried the following.

Disabled Utp
Downloading to different drives.
CHmod 777
Changed port
