Missing folder in Application Support

Hi,

I had previously used the Torrents folder in Library -> Application Support to restore all my transfers after installing a new hard drive. That worked great, but since the new install of Transmission and the restart of the transfers, that folder no longer appears. I am worried now that if I don't have that and I need to restore computer or move to another that now I will have to go and manually find and and redownload each and every .torrent file. I have 1000+!
How do I find this folder? Or get it back? Or export all my transfers so they can be restarted?

I just ran into this same issue. Did a clean install of Mac OS Catalina after backing up my Transmission folder in the Application Support Directory. After install, I restored the Transmission folder in Application Support of Catalina and Transmission does not recognize the torrents I had loaded in the old client. My new client is now empty.

Can someone provide the new directory for where Transmission on OS Catalina looks for torrents?
