How to reinstall 1.40?

Hey there. I'm also having trouble with 1.42 (I'm on a 0SX 10.4.11 G3 (don't laugh)). I downloaded the old 1.40. How do I reinstall it? Is it a problem that I'm in the middle of several torrents?

After the disappointing experience with 1.42 I downgraded straight to 1.34 while being in the middle of some downloads just by copying it into the applications folder. It worked without any problems. I tried thereafter the same thing by overwriting 1.34 with 1.40 and 1.41 but both were kind of crashy doing this. Now back to a stable 1.34.

Thanks for the reply. For some reason, the file I downloaded didn't have .dmg at the end. Just found the correct file in one of the threads about 1.42 problems, double-clicked, & I'm back to 1.40. Now I just have to deal with the lurching uploads! I'll monitor this board & upgrade when it's working better.

I´m now back to 1.4 as well, it´s working well so far.
