Once I added a torrent-file with two files for downloading: plist and dmg-image. I selected only plist to download. Because dmg is 50Mb and plist several kbs downlaod finished in few seconds. So, as expected, dmg was not downloaded.
But when I opened folder with that downloaded plist, I found that there is dmg too! And it's occupying 50Mb like it was downloaded. I tried to mount it and recieved error.
So what for is such a space wasting and confusing fake files?
