help seeding

i recently switched from pc to mac, and i used to use bittornado.

i am having some troubles understanding how to just seed a torrent after it's uploaded. it was created succesfully, and the site i use prompted me it needed to be redownloaded, then after i do that, i tries to download it again on my computer.

any suggestions?
