r7806 clears Transfers.plist when first run?

I was running r7772, downloaded the r7806 build and when I started it the transfer window was completely empty. Looking inside the Application Support folder revealed that Transfers.plist only contained the root entry, but none of the transfers that were in progress. Re-adding the torrents obviously fixed the issue, but having it happen at all is not really optimal.

This did not occur with me when switching from 7791 to 7806 - also 10.5.6 (completely up to date) on i386. I had 3 torrents, all of which were restarted when 7806 was initiated.
