hello,
I moved to a place with new Internet Service Provider, was doing alot of big downloads for a couple days, now nothing is uploading or downloading. internet connection is fine otherwise. i know some ISPs don't like torrent use, but is there any way they can interfere and disable users from being able to use torrents?
anyone have any other clues as to what this issue could be or how to fix?
