So I did what timta2 said and it didn't change.
A weird thing tho, yesterday I dl'ed a torrent from a different tracker (it had 22 seeders and 90 leechers) my upload ratio was almost 2.00.
So it obviously works sometimes even tho canyouseeme.org says it doesn't.
Could it be the tracker I am using. And usually when it says i'm uploading to 0 of 4 peers, there are only like 2 or 3 leeches for that torrent.
Does that have something to do with it?
definite noob question
Re: definite noob question
if there are less leechers the chances that you will seed to them are small

Re: definite noob question
I just realized something too.
Last night i leeched something with more leechers than seeders and it dl'ed fast.
While it was dl'ing I had upload speeds of 20-40 kb/s.
The minute it stopped dl'ing it started seeding anywhere from 0 to 5 peers to 1-6 peers (better than normal).
I was wondering if my isp (optimum online) may be messing with my seeding?

Re: definite noob question
that is also possible but I don't know how you can check that.

Thank you for your help, it's much appreciated.
Re: definite noob question
I still say you need to forward ports to your computer rather than to the router since it does no good to have the router forwarding ports to itself, hehe
It might just have been that torrent or its tracker, although what you described doesn't sound that unusual. There are a lot of factors and variables when it comes to transfers with BitTorrent. Try some more torrents from different trackers and report back if you have more problems.

I tried forwarding the router to my computer and it still didn't work.
My guess now is that it's the tracker (too many people seeding at once) and/or my isp throttling.
