port will NOT open

before you send me the links to the wiki, i'll let you know i ran through every bit of troubleshooting on there. the funny thing is, i had my port open and everything was working great before i did a typical software update for os 10.5.6. not really too sure what else to do at this point, so any advice or tips will be greatly appreciated.

i've used the portforward.com site which helped me get my port open initially, not so helpful this time. do you know of any other resources or guides?

i was looking for any specific sites or guides for proper ways to set up the router. but yeah, thanks for that.
