Setting upload speed per group of torrents

Is there a way to set a certain max upload speed for a certain set of torrents? Lets say I'm seeding a few torrents and I don't want the total upload speed allotted to that entire group to go over 80 KB/s (combined amongst the entire group). Is there currently a way to set that option in Transmission?

Not that I can find but I would love this feature!
