Group rules should (but don't) work with magnetized links

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems torrents started through magnet links don't work with the "Assign group to new transfers based on criteria" option in groups. Perhaps the thing to do is bring up the usual dialog before starting the torrent (after retrieving the metadata, of course), instead of just automatically adding magnetized torrents directly to the transfer list. This would present the same opportunity to review the group assignment before starting the transfer.

Okay, I searched around some more and found this. It looks like the necessary functionality for making this work is planned for Transmission 2.0. In the meantime I guess I won't bother with magnet links anymore.

Wondering why group rules still don't work with magnet links, in spite of the fact that Transmission (2.0+) now presents a dialog for selecting groups before starting magnetized transfers. I have to set the group manually every time I start a file with a magnet link.
