Lets say i have a limit on 400 peers per torrent. and i hit that limit, only to see that only 10 peers are actualy seeding to me.
what i want is to be able to auto kick those peers that hasnt seeded to me in let say x min, and that seeds slower then y mbit.
that way i can get new peers to me that hopfully seeds faster
