dock badge switch for completed downloads

Here's a request for a preference that allows me to switch off the dock badges for newly completed downloads.
On my work computer I don't want Transmission to notify me at all because it is distracting, however it is nice to have it do it's duty in the background.
Maybe preferences for sound and dock notifications need to be grouped in a Notifications section.

This is basic behavior that very very few people would want enabled. The badged dock icon is not intrusive - it's a simple passive notification.
