I use the dev channel builds and it feels like there is a new one almost daily (thanks!) but i'm so hands off with my torrents (TVShows, Remote Transmission, Cleanup scripts, group rules, watch folders, etc) that now it seems like Transmission wants my attention to update all the time, I'd love to be able to say, "Yes, Transmission, you mean update and restart whenever you like, you don't need my permission"
