Request re: New 'Remove transfers' button/icon

It would be nice if there was an option to remove the "Remove transfers that have completed seeding" button - or at least to move it elsewhere in the interface. The button is a bit too close to the "Speed Limit" button that I do use on occasion, and I'm afraid might hit it by mistake. I haven't tried the function, so I don't know whether there is a confirmation pop-up to help avoid errors, but I'd rather remove the torrent manually.

Perhaps this could be made a part of the "Transfers" drop-down menu or a Preferences item instead?
