Hi,
i have a simple question. I´ve noticed that transmission stops seeding after it reaches 200 mb. After that i have to quit transmission manually and restart it. After that it will continue seeding again. Is this a normal behavior? i had a look into settings and searched for a special item that explains this manner but without luck.
