Sort by Activity

i apologize if this is a dupe, but i really want this feature.

transmission should be able to show only the torrents that are "active" or currently transferring data. as of now, active only means they are in a state of seeding, but not necessarily doing anything. in uTorrent this feature is implemented and actually quite great.

basically allow torrents to be filtered by current activity.

If you want to redefine Show Acive Only,that's what the thread title should be. The developers probably won't read this thread, because Transmission can akready sort by activity: View -> Sort Tranfers By -> Activity.
