Shutdown when Download/Upload Ratio is reached

Hey Guys

Love the Great work that you guys have done.Everything is Smooth.

There's just one thing that I would like you guys to implement in one of the following releases, the "Shutdown when Downloads/Uploads complete" Option.
Or maybe you guys could implement it as "Shutdown when Download/upload Ratio is reached".

I want this option because I live in India, where the Electricity Rates have started going up and I can't afford to leave my computer on all night. So, Please help me..
