Everyone here is a "they". Do you think that on commercial products the programmer is the one designing the program?

I haven't said anything about designing, they are implementing it in Transmission, if they decide not to implement it then it will not be in it. Also they design most of the programm. But he was certainly refering to the staff.

Try upgrading to the latest nightly version of Transmission.

updated to the latest nightly build. No change. Someone who has the time and knowledge please fix it.

sorry!!! my mistake, transmission does auto-resume but it takes so much time that it seems that it doesn't. Can the retry and time-out settings be changed or can an option be added for the user to set them?
