Applying "cogwheel" actions to all selected torrents

It seems weird to me that the actions you get to by right clicking a torrent applies to all selected torrents, but the actions in the menu you get by clicking its icon does not.

By the way I don't think it's very intuitive what goes in which menu. For instance why is the action for moving a file in one but the one for deleting it in another?

Right now I have about 200 torrents who's datafiles I would like to move to another folder. It won't be very convenient to have to do it for each one...

All actions in the per-transfer gear menu correspond to settings in the inspector. To change these values for multiple transfers, use the inspector window.

Really? I can't figure out how to move the data files of multiple torrents in the inspector window.
