Random Port On Startup And/Or At Several Intervals

just a teeny feature but would be much appreciated, can u enable port randomisation? great work on Transmission, thanks

This already exists in the nightly builds (http://transmission.xpjets.com/).

just one more question, is the range of port it randomly generates in the dynamic, registered, well known or all three? thanks again
