Increased Support For Multiple Trackers

i have noticed that uTorrent uses several trackers in the same torrent, and i have also noticed that Transmission has started doing this, however some torrents dont use it, and i am unsure if it has an impact on anything or not? thanks for any support and keep up the good work on transmission please
