I've been fighting with an issue with auto add not actually adding torrents and i was able to determine the problem was caused by files being put in the watch directory and being read/removed by transmission before the torrent file is completely transfered to the folder.
an option that could force a delay of a couple seconds should resolve this issue for me but i couldn't find a way to do that.
