Is it possible for you to add a capability which let us queue the torrents and configure the transmission to download them one by one or two by two?

I mean, for example we have just two active torrent and when any of those two torrents finished it start another torrent from the queue.

The Mac interface of Transmission already has this. It's likely to be added to the GTK client by a user-contributed patch.
