can't open download folder ?

Post by nlx »

Hey, i'm completly new to linux, but i've installed Transmission to my NAS (aka MyBook World Edition WHite) and things goes pretty well, i can download files…
But i can't open the download folder !

I'm using AFP to connect to the NAS, in Admin mode, i can open all folder but the WWW folder Transmission seems to have created and use for storing files.

It seems there is some permission problem, but it's not clear to me what i have to do.

Do i have to give access to this folder to the admin user ? How come (i know i have to use SSH but…)
Do i have to create a user or Transmission created one ? How can i know ?
Do i have to connect with AFP with this user or group ?

I'm in deep shit :D
